Featuring easy installation and maintenance, and multi-refrigerant compatibility as usual with our iCool series, the Area iCOOL-3 MP is an optimal condensing unit for small to medium scale commercial and industrial applications, due to its size and capabilities. Weighing a total of 125 kg and measuring 466 mm wide, 1106 mm long and 560 mm high, the Area iCOOL-3 MP is equipped with one 450 mm diameter fan, capable of an efficient air flow rate of 3820 m3/h. The unit is compatible with compressor model C-7RVN153L0A and refrigerant oil FV32S. The Area iCOOL-3 MP is one of the quietest condensing units available in our iCool series of products, with reduced noise levels at only 38 dB, enabled by the installation of acoustic insulating panels on all sides of the compressor compartment.   Furthermore, the  Inverter condensing unit Area iCOOL-3 MP is validated by the highest European and global safety certifications (CE, REACH, RoH and TUV), and is in compliance with the ECODESIGN standard for sustainability.

What pressure does R404A refrigerant work with?
The R404A temperature pressure chart indicates it can function with a pressure level of 0.1 PSI at its lowest temperature of -45.6 °C, and 455.1 PSI at the highest temperature of 65.6 °C.
Why is R404A refrigerant important?
It is one of the most used refrigerants all over the world due to its non-toxic and non-flammable features, but its use is in decline as it now considered as having a high Global Warming Potential.
Which refrigerant gas replaces R404A ?
Initially, R-404A was deemed a safe and efficient alternative for CFC and HCFC refrigerants such as R-12 and R-502.

What pressure does R448A refrigerant work with?
The temperature pressure chart should always be consulted before operating with a refrigerant gas. With regard to the refrigerant R448A, at the lowest temperature of -70 °C, the required running pressure to liquefy R448A refrigerant gas is of -12.25 PSIG. At the highest temperature of 70 °C, the required pressure is of 456.82 PSIG. The critical pressure required to liquify R448A refrigerant gas at its critical temperature of 83.7 °C is 46.6 bar (4600 kPa or 667 PSI).
Why is R448A refrigerant important?
R448A refrigerant gas is a safe non-flammable HFO blend with low toxicity and Global Warming Potential, making it an efficient and environmentally friendly alternative to many of its counterparts.
