Summary of the role

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be in charge of executing the purchasing process for most of the company’s products and services, both for European and international suppliers.

In this role you will:

  • Manage and follow-up of orders.
  • Communicate with suppliers on prices, deadlines, technical specifications.
  • Process of delivery notes, invoices, credit notes, returns.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and sales.
  • Manage sea, land and air transport.
  • Ensure the execution of the PRL with external companies.
  • Prepare reports.
  • Collaborate in the implementation of operational and cost improvements of the company.
  • Control and monitoring of payments in coordination with the financial department.

You will need:

  • Studies: High technical certificate in administration (CFGS).
  • Experience: at least, 4 years of experience in similar positions
  • Languages: High level of spoken and written English
  • Proactivity, initiative and service orientation
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise
  • MS Dynamics knowledge will be valued
  • Advanced user of MS Office
