Summary of the role

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the customer service team is responsible for the internal process of the customers’ orders, including the whole process (from the offer to the delivery and payment collection).

Internal training and salary according to the position held.

In this role you will:

  • Introduce of sales orders.
  • Invoicing.
  • Make offers to customers.
  • Solve problems efficiently.
  • Coordinate sinister with the insurance company for goods damaged in transport.
  • Answer inquiries; resolve problems, fulfil requests from customers.
  • Coordinate and ensure a correct administrative follow-up of the clients and orders.
  • Claim unpaid customer invoices.
  • Commit yourself to high-quality administration and fast transactions.

You will need:

  • Languages: High level of spoken and written English and German
  • Strong customer-oriented culture
  • Very good communication skills
