In case of manufacturing defect or damage in ACS devices. To submit a product complaint, please perform the following steps:
- Fill in the complaint form
- Attach a photo or video of the following:
- Device/ component nameplate
- The whole refrigeration installation
- Press “submit”
Upon receipt, we will review your complaint and provide a replacement according to our warranty policy. If the full requested information is not provided within the period of 10 days. The complaint form will be rejected.
Please note: If the complaint is not related to a leakage (compressors, fan, automatic, cooler or PP) we will require you to attach the protocol on commissioning for the device. Return policy
In case the product is not in warranty, check out the following options for returns:
- Pick up the device at Area factory within two weeks after notification received.
- Area can send the device at your place. Shipping cost is covered by the customer.
After two weeks if we have not received any return option notification, the device will be ditched.
Be aware: All devices that have been opened for analysis cannot be assembled again.
