As the world navigates the uncertainty of COVID-19, many countries are holding strict lockdowns through April, and possibly beyond. We want to share details about the steps we are taking to address the coronavirus situation and to explain how we will continue to support you.
Our Warehouse technical and commercial support is operating as usual. Delivery time of your orders remains unchanged it , 24/72 hours after it’s reception.
Early January, we decided proactively manage the situation and enhance our stock capabilities. Today we have a large stock available to back you up.
To secure the health and well-being of our employees is mandatory for us. For this reason, we have put the following measures in place:
- A reduced team is working in our warehouse to accomplish tasks related to deliveries. Security is imperative, so staff is protected with gloves and masks. Procedures for the preparation of orders have been adapted to maintain a safe distance between our logistic employees at any time.
- Access to premises is restricted to operational personnel only and must follow strict hygiene protocols.
90% of our employees are working remotely. Meetings with your sales representatives and technical support remain scheduled and will be held virtually via Zoom, Skype or Teams.
